Polka Dot Love

I took these pictures a while ago but seeing as it is currently snowing here the warmth of the outfit seems quite fitting. It is a dress with the beautiful jumper I found in Paris over the top. I am going through a craze of wearing jumpers over dresses at the moment, not only does it make them extra warm it also creates a whole new look for what was just a dress before. The wedge boots are also another favourite item at the moment they are just so comfortable and go with so much. They are also a height that is manageable for everyday wear, perfect for when you are on your feet all day at work. Pairing shoes with socks also gives of the cute look that I really like.
The ring in the image is one Glenn brought me from a little boutique shop in Stamford it's just beautiful and I can look at it for ages. I having been reading on a lot of other blogs how frustrated people are with the weather and I am with them on that. We are three days into spring and it is snowing outside and I am having to lay on the sofa with a blanket. I want to be able to post an outfit with my new sandals and spring items I have brought, so come on sun came and say hello.

Dress- Primark (present)
Jumper- €5 Vintage
Wedges- £12 New Look (similar)

I've posted an outfit with this jumper before but with trousers instead (you can view it here) and I wanted to show that it looks just as cute with a dress. The shop Glenn got the ring from is stunning so I highly suggest checking out the link because it has some beautiful pieces. Hope you are all having a great Saturday.

  1. I never got the hang of colored tights, but I love this idea of pairing it with the same colored skirt :)

  2. Agreed. I'm just now getting into colored tights myself (I have only charcoal grey, cobalt and plum - really want to get teal and purple :P). I think you did a great job with the tights here.

The sweater goes so wonderfully with the dress, too! The sweater reminds of something from Dainty June. It looks way more expensive than it is. Great thrift find! <3
