If You Haven't You Should...

Buy nail transfers.

I have always been a fan of nail wraps but my friend introduced me to nail transfers so I decided to give them a go and I love them. They are really easier to do and I loved the final outcome. Here is a step by step post on using them.

Step 1- Make sure you have a bowl of water, your chosen nail transfer (some links at the bottom for different styles), chosen polish, nail vanish remover, scissors and cotton pads.

Step 2- Make sure you take all previous traces of nail vanish off and paint with your chosen colour. I am using Jessica polish I love their polish and it lasts longer then most.

Step 3- Cut transfers into small pieces to fit each nail.

Step 4- When nails are dry put one cut out transfer into a bowl of water, they see to leave for 30 seconds but I reckon at least 60 seconds as they slide off a lot easier then.

Step 5- Take out of the water and peel off the paper back of the transfer.

Step 6- When the transfer is on the plastic peel a little of and transfer onto nail. Don't worry about being to gentle they are pretty resilient.

Step 7- Once transfer is on let it try a little and paint over with a top-coat.

Step 8- Do this to all nails and you should have some very pretty nails to show off!

These nail transfers were brought for me as a gift from a friend and she said she got them from eBay. There are some similar ones here- flower transfers. There are a variety of styles peace signs, bird cages, batman logos. Just type in nail transfers into eBay and you will see the variety. Happy nail transferring and let me know how you get on.
